Anti-Flag was awesome. those guys always put on a good show, and i'm really glad they played Fuck Police Brutality...because i assumed they wouldn't, but they did. mhmm.

the Coheed and Cambria show was amazing. they covered "The Trooper" by Iron Maiden, and it sounded awesome. and i was happy they played a few songs of the first album. Claudio is definitely one of the best guitarists i've ever seen, whew. |

whew. i went to dentist appointment #2 and had my first cleaning in ten years. i found out that i have highly acidic saliva, which was one of the major causes of the erosion in my teeth. that's right...i'm Reptile from Mortal Kombat.
so mystery solved, i guess. later kids! |

so i went to the dentist for the first time in 10 years or so. apparently i need 2 root canals, crowns on all my top teeth and some of my bottom due to erosion (cause unknown, most likely many years of soda or poor hygiene) the most noticeable erosion is on my 2 front teeth...which started becoming partially transparent last year, and eventually began chipping off. the lesson is: don't go a decade without seeing the dentist, haha.
on a lighter note, Planet Terror came out on DVD and i'm happy. |

Barney T. Dinosaur (or simply just Barney) is a two hundred million year old purple dinosaur, who comes to life through a child's imagination. He is best known for his friendly, optimistic (and even generous) personality and his positive attitude. His theme song is the "Barney Theme Song" (or "Barney is a Dinosaur" to the tune of "Yankee Doodle"). His other well known song is "I Love You," which has been parodied by many people and the tune is sung slowly to "This Old Man". Barney likes most kinds of food, but his favorite is a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, presumably with pumpernickel bread, which is his favorite bread. According to Barney's Campfire Sing-Along, veggies are also a favorite of his.

yes, it's time for my annual Warped Tour entry. i used a disposable Safeway camera, and made no effort to get close to the stage...so i only have 4 pictures that didn't turn out very good, but oh well. i met Coheed and Cambria, and that's all that matters.

so i went to the Saves the Day show in Tucson, it was really good. there wasn't a big crowd, so the band decided to play the first 4 tracks off their album that's coming out, and then take requests from the crowd for the rest of the show. some people kept asking for older songs that they didn't know how to play as a band...because of newer members, so they played them acoustic. it was something they've never done before, so it was cool i got to see it, and Saves the Day was really good. |

Spider-Man 3, was not as bad as everyone is saying. unlike the first two movies, a lot of focus was taken off of making it a catchy fast-paced film, and more emphasis was made on the story and depth of the characters. at least one Spider-Man movie needs the drama, and this one had it.
my conclusion:
- good guy catch the bad guy/well edited action
+ story of Spider-Man/inner struggle
but go see it and decide for yourself. |

so NOFX was awesome. they opened up with The Decline, which was amazing. they did tons of good songs...except i wish they would have played Green Corn, but it's all good. the show also sold out, so the Marquee was the most packed i've ever seen it. anyways...i'm really glad i got to see them with my baby, who got the tickets for us as one of my x-mas presents :-D that's all for now, later kids! |

whew. life has been good. i'm going into my third week of training in my new job, and it's fun and very interesting, i just need to pay attention a little more and remember that it's not school, haha. i love Sundays, they feel so calm and relaxing, i'm glad that i'm not working on them anymore. i hope everyone is doing well too. that's all for now, later kids!

whew. just so everyone knows, this is the last 2 weeks you'll be able to see me at the Wendy's on Arizona Ave and Pecos. i'm pretty much always on the first window of the drive thru in the daytime, so only 14 more days of that and i'm done. that's all for now, later kids! |
